entity of Sunflower Solar Co., Ltd., which controls the following companies that hold Electricity Generation License issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission (the ERC) under the Energy Industry Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), with the objective of selling electricity to the Provincial Electricity Authority (the Thai Solar Renewable Co., Ltd. is a controlling entity of Siam Solar Energy 1 Co., Ltd., which holds Electricity Generation Licenses for a total of 10 projects, with the objective of selling electricity to the PEA.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28de6f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"28de6f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Office of Energy Regulatory Commission (the ERC Office) has reviewed the qualifications of the merging parties and found that they fully comply with the relevant requirements under the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Regulations re: Application for License and Permission for Energy Industry Operation, B.E. 2551 (2008) and its amendments.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c49a5b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c49a5b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTo comply with the ERC Regulation re: Rules and Procedures for Mergers and Cross-shareholdings in Energy Business B.E. 2565 (2022), the ERC Office has announced the details of the proposed merger on the ERC\u2019s official website to ensure public awareness.
