\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMANILA, 18 October 2024: Levanta Renewables (Levanta), a leading Southeast Asia-focused renewable energy platform backed by Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, is partnering with Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC), a leading pure-play renewable energy company committed to the development and operation of solar, hydro and wind projects in the Philippines, through its 100% owned subsidiary and wind generation platform Citicore Wind Energy Corporation (CWEC), on the development of a 375 MW onshore wind portfolio.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUnder the agreed terms, Levanta and CREC will establish a joint venture company that will drive the development of the 4 onshore wind projects located in Luzon and Visayas, all of which secured offtake via the Department of Energy\u2019s Green Energy Auction Program (GEAP) in July 2023.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis transaction follows the recent announcement of Levanta\u2019s acquisition of a 139 MWp ground mounted solar operating portfolio in Thailand, and the acquisitions in progress of 28.7 MWp rooftop solar portfolio in Vietnam and 9.5 MWp commercial and industrial portfolio across Southeast Asia.
