\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSINGAPORE, 23 August 2024 \u2013 Levanta Renewables (\u201cLevanta\u201d), a leading Southeast Asia-focused renewable energy developer and independent power producer backed by Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, is acquiring six (6) solar photovoltaic (PV) projects for its Commercial and Industrial (\u201cC&I\u201d) Business from a regional renewable energy projects developer. The portfolio consists of high-quality solar PV assets with long-term Power Purchase Agreements (\u201cPPAs\u201d) signed with leading Global 500 multinational corporations.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis strategic acquisition spans three sites in Malaysia, two in Indonesia, and one in Thailand, collectively adding 9.5MWp to Levanta\u2019s portfolio. The completion of the transaction is subject to and conditional upon certain customary conditions, including regulatory and other approvals. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
