Singapore, 9 APRIL 2026 — Levanta Renewables — Southeast Asia’s leading renewable energy platform backed by Actis — today announced the award and signing of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with China Energy Engineering Group (CEEC) for the Barotac Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in the Visayas, Philippines.
The contract covers the full EPC scope for a 166 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) facility integrated with an 80 MWh BESS, designed to enhance grid stability and support reliable power supply in the region.
