Singapore, 3 September 2026 – Levanta Renewables, the Southeast Asian renewable energy platform backed by Actis, has secured investment approval for the 40 MW Ia Dreng 1 Wind Farm in Gia Lai Province, Vietnam.
The project received Investment Policy Approval from the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, followed by the issuance of its Investment Registration Certificate in Q2 2026.
Located in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, the Ia Dreng 1 Wind Farm is targeted to commence construction in H1 2027, with commercial operations targeted for H2 2028.

The 40 MW project will connect to Vietnam’s national grid and is aligned with the country’s Power Development Plan VIII.
