First year in INDIA and 2nd year 4th Semester 6 months in USA GREECE GERMANY FRANCE MAURITIUS MALDIVES SINGAPORE ITALY MALTA Final year and after Diploma completion internship in USA, ITALY, MALTA for 12 months and FRANCE, GREECE, MALDIVES AND SINGAPORE for 6-9 months.

DCB — DIPLOMA IN CONTINENTAL AND BAKING
This CULINARY course aims to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge of cooking and baking techniques, including ingredient selection, food preparation, and presentation. It focuses on developing skills to create a variety of dishes and baked goods while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Duration: 12 Months. Theory 2 months and 10 months On the job training.

- 2nd Year 1st semester in November/December, 2nd Semester in May
- 3rd Year 1st semester in November/December, 2nd Semester in May
