The completion of the transaction is subject to and conditional upon certain customary conditions, including regulatory and other approvals. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2024.
This transaction follows Levanta’s recent announcement to acquire a 27.8MWp rooftop solar system in Vietnam and the acquisition of a 139MWp utility scale solar portfolio in Thailand.
