Levanta Renewables expands Thailand presence with 93 MWp solar portfolio acquisition

SINGAPORE, 13 January 2026 – Levanta Renewables (Levanta), Actis’ pan–Southeast Asia renewable energy platform, has announced the acquisition of a fully operational 93 MWp ground-mounted solar portfolio in Thailand.

Spanning eight provinces, the portfolio will generate approximately 140+ GWh of renewable electricity annually for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

This acquisition further strengthens Levanta’s position as a leading investor in Thailand’s renewable energy sector and reflects our continued commitment to supporting the country’s clean energy ambitions.
